Hongtian is equipped with a high-frequency annealing furnace, mainly used for localized annealing applications, including: Support rings and Welded Belleville washers.

The process is used to reduce residual stress and restore the required material properties in critical welded areas.

Where quenching is required by product specifications, the quenching process is performed by qualified external heat-treatment suppliers.

Hongtian manages the subcontracting process and controls the relevant process requirements, quality requirements, and inspection results to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
